Hereinafter "Internet User

These conditions are intended to define the terms of distance selling between Articles de Paris and the Internet user, from order to payment and delivery. They regulate all the stages necessary for placing the order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the contracting parties.

The order implies the irrevocable adherence to the general conditions of sale. These general conditions of sale may be subject to change, the applicable conditions are those in force on www.articlesdeparis.com on the date of placing the order of the Internet user.

The Internet user declares:

- have the capacity to conclude this contract, i.e. to be of legal age and not be under guardianship or trusteeship,

- not to purchase Articles de Paris products with a view to reselling them.

2) Products

The products offered for sale by Articles de Paris are those appearing on the site www.articlesdeparis.com, on the day the Internet user consults the site.

The products are offered for sale within the limits of available stocks.

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, if errors or omissions occur in this presentation, Articles de Paris cannot be held responsible. The photographs and texts illustrating the products have only an indicative value and do not enter the contractual field.

3) Prices

Prices are presented in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes including VAT and excluding delivery costs which remain the responsibility of the user unless otherwise stated or special conditions.

The prices indicated take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. If the VAT rate were to be modified, these changes could be reflected in the price of items without the Internet user being informed beforehand.

Articles de Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is placed.

4) Order

Any order implies express and irrevocable acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.

The Internet user declares that he has read and irrevocably accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing his order. The validation of the order therefore implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

In order to allow the Internet user to return to his order before validating it definitively, Articles de Paris has created validation and acceptance screens. The order will be definitively recorded only with the last validation of the payment screen of the order (by bank card or check). From the last click of acceptance, the order is considered irrevocable. It is envisaged, as from the recording of the order, the sending of an e-mail to the Net surfer. This email confirms that the customer's order has been taken into account by Articles de Paris, and not that the product ordered is available.

5) Payment

Payment is made either online by credit card or cheque. The invoice of the product will be inserted in the parcel containing the ordered product. For gift orders, the invoice will be sent directly to the buyer (an order form without mention of price will then be inserted in the package).

Online payment by credit card :

The cards accepted are Carte Bleue, Visa and Mastercard.

The account is debited only for the amount of products ordered and actually shipped.

Payment by cheque:

In case of payment by bank check, it must be issued by a bank domiciled in France. The check, payable to "Articles de Paris", must reach the following address within 4 working days following the validation of the order:

The order is unblocked only upon receipt of the check and following a check via the service check system of the partner company.

6) Payment security

To ensure the security of payments, Articles de Paris uses Crédit Agricole's Paybox secure payment service. Bank details are encrypted (SSL security standard) and therefore do not circulate in clear on the Internet network.

7) Shipping costs, conditions and delivery times

Except in cases of force majeure, delivery times will be within the limits of available stocks, as indicated below.

Articles de Paris reserves the choice of carrier and guarantees the proper delivery of products. In the event of exceeding the delivery date of the good exceeding seven days and not due to a case of absolute necessity, the customer can cancel his order.

8) Returns and Exchange

Requirements for return:

From the date of receipt of his order, the Internet user has a period of 15 days to return an item. After this period, the products delivered will be deemed compliant and accepted by the customer, and Articles de Paris reserves the right to refuse the exchange, credit or refund.

The returned item must be unworn, in its original packaging and accompanied by the return form provided by Articles de Paris.

The expenses of return are the responsibility of the Net surfer.

The information of the personal information collected within the framework of the remote sale is obligatory, this information being necessary for the treatment and the delivery of the orders as well as for the establishment of the invoices. Articles de Paris cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses, or any fact qualified as force majeure, in accordance with case law.

In addition, Articles de Paris shall not be liable for any breach of its contractual obligations in the event of any act described as force majeure or fortuitous in accordance with case law.

12) Completeness

In the event that one of the clauses of this contract is null and void by a change in legislation, regulation or by a court decision, this shall in no way affect the validity and compliance with these general conditions of sale.

13) Duration

These conditions apply throughout the duration of the online services offered by Articles de Paris.

14) Applicable law - Disputes

The present general conditions of sale are subject to French legislation.

In the event that a dispute arises from the present contractual relationship, the Internet user and Articles de Paris undertake before any legal action to seek an amicable solution. In case of dispute, only the French courts will be competent.
